RES-Q Hospital Survey

Dear RES-Q Local Coordinator,

Commencing on Monday, 14^th of October, the Registry of Stroke Care Quality (RES-Q) in collaboration with researchers from Australia will be conducting a survey across hospitals from 75 countries currently participating in RES-Q.

What is the purpose of the survey and how long will it take?

The survey will investigate how RES-Q data are used to inform quality improvement activities at your hospitals. It should only take about 15-20 minutes to complete.

Who should complete it?

We are asking all RES-Q local coordinators to complete the survey but encourage you to consult with your stroke clinical team and other RES-Q users from your hospital.

How do I participate?

We have sent an email to you with the link to the survey on Monday, 14^th October.
